Do you sell replacement keys or parts?

Yes, we sell replacement safety keys. You can find those under the accessories tab. To purchase parts you will have to contact our Tech Support team to get those ordered. You can reach them at [email protected]

Does your product come with a warranty? Do you have to pay extra to get that?

Where do I find the serial number? (Bike Desks)

To find your serial number on a LifeSpan Bike Desk, you can look on the back of the bike drive system covers.

Where do I find the serial number? (Desk Frame)

To find your serial number on a LifeSpan Desk Frame, you can look on the back side of the cable management bracket for the DT7 and DT5 desks.

When do the Square Prong Safety Keys expect to be back in stock?

How thick are the equipment mats?

Our equipment mats are 3mm thick.

Are the stock pedals to the C3-DT3 able to changed to another pedal set? I.e. can I replace the panels to use a road bike pedal/clip in the system?

Unfortunately, the pedals to this unit are not changeable.
