My desk no longer changes height / The height on my desk is stuck.Updated 2 years ago

Remove everything off the desk surface. Press and hold the height Up and height Down keys at exactly the same time. (it’s sometimes not easy to do this, so it may take a couple of tries.) Hold these keys down for about three seconds, until the desk height starts changing. Then release the keys, and let the desk go through a process of adjusting down, then up, then back to a starting point. When the desk stops changing the height, this process is done. Now check to see if the desk height adjusts normally. Unplug and re-plug all connections to the desk motor control board. Make sure you push the plug really firmly into the Motor Control Board.
