The difference between the TR3000i and TR4000i are the following: 

1. TR3000i has a 2.5 HP Continuous Duty DC and TR4000i has 3.25 HP Continuous Duty DC        

2. TR3000i has slightly smaller Belt size at 20" x 56" and the TR4000i has 20" x 60" 

3. TR3000i has 15 leves of incline and the TR4000i has 13 levels of incline and 2 levels of decline 

4. TR3000i recommended weekly use is 14hrs and the TR4000i is 17hrs
